Annie believes in the path of ease. In today’s busy world, many of us are living in an almost constant state of stress, which exhausts us, and can lead to poor health. By learning to move with ease, we are able to accomplish much more, with less effort and less stress. This makes life more enjoyable! We become happier and healthier, radiating from the inside out!
Derzeit vertritt Annie bei einzelnen Kursen und wird, so die Planung, ab September / Oktober 2019 einige Klassen bei YogaZeit Stråla (in englischer Sprache) unterrichten.
How we move is how we are. Stråla yoga provides us with a way to practice ease in how we move in our bodies, which then allows us to experience the magic of ease rippling out into our lives!
Annie, originally from the USA, has been guiding yoga since 2013. She has over 550hrs of training as a yoga guide (including over 300hrs with Stråla Yoga) and is always in the process of learning!
